Mometasone, formoterol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Evening Primrose interacts with.

Theoretically, evening primrose may increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2C9 substrates.
In vitro research shows that linoleic acid, a constituent of evening primrose oil, inhibits CYP2C9.

Here's the honest take on combining evening primrose oil with your Zenhale inhaler (mometasone and formoterol). The concern on file is that a fatty acid in evening primrose may slightly slow down a liver enzyme called CYP2C9, which could let certain drugs build up a bit. But this is purely a theoretical idea based on lab dish studies, not something seen in real patients.

On top of that, when you inhale Zenhale, most of the medicine works right in your lungs and very little reaches your liver to be processed this way. So any real-world effect here is expected to be very small. If anything did shift, you might notice a touch more jitteriness or a faster heartbeat from the formoterol part. It's worth a quick mention to your pharmacist, but this isn't a high-alarm pairing.
