Here's the big picture: both of these slow your brain and breathing way down, so stacking them is genuinely dangerous. Levomethadyl (Orlaam) is a long-acting opioid once used for opioid dependence, and like all opioids it can suppress your drive to breathe. GHB is also a powerful nervous-system depressant. Put them together and those effects pile on top of each other.

That means more sedation, slowed or shallow breathing, dangerously low oxygen, and a real risk of coma or death. Levomethadyl also carries a known risk of serious heart rhythm problems on its own. The evidence here is mostly anecdotal, but the danger is well understood, so please don't combine these. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before using anything that affects your alertness.

GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate) is a powerful central nervous system depressant that is NOT a safe dietary supplement. In the U.S. it is a controlled substance, and only a tightly regulated prescription form (sodium oxybate) is legal for narcolepsy. Non-prescription GHB can cause coma, breathing failure, and death, and it is also a known 'date-rape' drug — it should not be taken outside of medical supervision.
