Goji + Mannitol
Mannitol brand names: Osmitrol, Bronchitol.
Goji has a moderate interaction with Mannitol. Theoretically, concomitant use of goji root bark, but not goji fruit, with antihypertensive drugs might have additive effects.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS
Why this applies to Mannitol
Mannitol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Goji interacts with.
Animal and in vitro research suggest that goji root bark has hypotensive effects. However, goji fruit juice does not appear to reduce systolic or diastolic blood pressure in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the honest picture for mannitol. Mannitol is given in the hospital (in a vein or, for Bronchitol, inhaled) to pull fluid out of tissues, lower pressure in the brain or eyes, or help with kidney situations. It isn't a prodrug, so there's no enzyme being sped up or slowed down here. The concern on file is simply about blood pressure adding up.
This flag points to goji root bark, not the everyday goji fruit or juice. In lab and animal studies the root bark may gently lower blood pressure, which could in theory add to a blood-pressure drop. The fruit itself doesn't seem to do this in people. Since mannitol is typically given under medical supervision, your care team is already watching this. Still, mention any goji supplement to your pharmacist or doctor.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Mannitol page
“American hellebore tops my worry list for anyone on mannitol (Osmitrol, Bronchitol), an osmotic diuretic used to draw fluid off the brain or, when inhaled, to clear mucus in cystic fibrosis. The plant's alkaloids drop blood pressure and slow the heart, a dangerous match for a drug that already shifts fluid and pressure quickly.”

- Blood sugar support
Goji berries are a nutritious fruit rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and plant polysaccharides, and they are safe for most people as a food. Mannitol Is Linked to Lower Levels of 7 Nutrients
Natural Medicines records Mannitol as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Goji — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
