Lisdexamfetamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Hibiscus Sabdariffa interacts with.

Theoretically, Hibiscus sabdariffa extract might reduce the metabolism of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Hibiscus sabdariffa calyx extract inhibits CYP2D6. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with Vyvanse and hibiscus. In a lab dish, hibiscus extract slowed down an enzyme called CYP2D6, which is one of the pathways your body uses to clear amphetamine. If that enzyme is blocked a bit, the medication could linger a little longer than usual. In theory, that might nudge up the usual stimulant effects, things like a faster heartbeat, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or reduced appetite.

I want to keep this in perspective, though. This is only a test-tube finding, and it has never actually been reported in people. A cup or two of tart hibiscus tea is very unlikely to cause trouble. If you're using concentrated hibiscus capsules or drinking large amounts daily, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on things.
