CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir
Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Indole-3-carbinol interacts with.
Animal research shows that indole-3-carbinol induces CYP1A2 enzymes.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with Vosevi (sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, voxilaprevir) and indole-3-carbinol. This supplement may speed up a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In theory, revving up that pathway could clear certain drugs faster and lower their blood levels. For a hepatitis C treatment, the worry would be a weaker drug effect, meaning the virus isn't fully knocked down and your course works less well.
That said, this concern comes only from lab and animal studies, not real people, so it's quite uncertain. I'd also point out that broccoli or cabbage on your plate isn't the issue; concentrated supplement doses are. Because finishing a full, effective hepatitis C course really matters, please run any I3C supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir page
“Vosevi (sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, and voxilaprevir) cures hepatitis C over a single short course, and that is exactly why I would be genuinely careful with supplements while taking it. Anything that drags its blood levels down can cost you the cure itself.”
