Why this applies to Iloprost

Iloprost falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Jackfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, jackfruit latex might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Jackfruit latex, which is the sap from jackfruit bark, contains chemicals that might increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro research shows that jackfruit latex contains a glycoprotein constituent that prolongs the activated partial thrombin time (aPTT) and reduces the activity of blood coagulation factors XIa and alpha-XIIa. Jackfruit latex also contains a protease constituent that has been shown to have fibrinolytic activity in vitro. Other parts of jackfruit, including the fruit and leaves, have not been shown to contain chemicals with fibrinolytic and anticoagulant activity.

Here's the thing to know about iloprost (Ventavis): besides relaxing the blood vessels in your lungs, it also makes your platelets a little less sticky, so it can mildly thin the blood on its own. The concern on file is that jackfruit latex (the sticky sap from the bark, not the fruit you eat) contains compounds that may slow clotting in lab tests. Stacked together, the worry is a slightly higher chance of bleeding, such as easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding that's slow to stop.

That said, this is theoretical and based only on test-tube research, and the fruit itself hasn't shown this effect. Eating jackfruit as food is very unlikely to matter. Before using any concentrated jackfruit product, check with your pharmacist or doctor.
