Chlorpheniramine, Phenylpropanolamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Jequirity interacts with.

In vitro research shows that jequirity extract inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. Theoretically, taking jequirity may inhibit the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.

First things first: jequirity seeds are genuinely poisonous (they contain abrin, a toxin similar to ricin), so this is not something you should ever take as a supplement in the first place. That alone outweighs any interaction talk.

As for the chemistry, lab studies suggest jequirity may slow down a liver enzyme called CYP3A4, which helps clear your Chlorpheniramine, Phenylpropanolamine. In theory, blocking that enzyme could let these medicines build up a bit, which might add to drowsiness, dry mouth, or a jittery, racing-heart feeling from the decongestant. But this is only test-tube data, the expected effect is minor and unlikely, and neither of these drugs is a prodrug. The bigger message is to avoid jequirity entirely. If you have questions, please check with your pharmacist or doctor.
