Loratadine, Pseudoephedrine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Jequirity interacts with.

In vitro research shows that jequirity extract inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. Theoretically, taking jequirity may inhibit the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.

First things first: jequirity seeds are genuinely poisonous and should never be taken as a supplement, so this is really a non-issue in practice. But to answer the question directly, the loratadine part of Claritin D is partly broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In a test-tube study, jequirity extract slowed that enzyme down. In theory, that could let loratadine build up a bit, which might mean more drowsiness or dry mouth than usual. The pseudoephedrine side isn't really affected this way.

Honestly, this is a weak, lab-only signal rated minor and unlikely, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The real concern is jequirity's toxicity itself. If you have questions, please check with your pharmacist or doctor.
