Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Magnesium Hydroxide falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Mangosteen interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of mangosteen with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding.
In vitro and animal research shows that gamma-mangostin, a constituent of mangosteen, is a potent and competitive antagonist of the serotonin 2A (5-HT2A) receptor. Antagonism of the 5-HT2A receptor is believed to reduce platelet aggregation.

The product you're asking about contains aspirin, which already thins the blood by making platelets less sticky. Mangosteen may add to that effect. Lab and animal studies hint that a compound in mangosteen called gamma-mangostin can block a receptor (5-HT2A) involved in platelet clumping, which could also reduce clotting. Stack those two together and you may bump up the risk of bleeding, like easy bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset and bleeding.

To be fair, this is theoretical and only based on test-tube and animal research, so I wouldn't panic. An occasional glass of mangosteen juice is unlikely to cause trouble, but concentrated supplements are a bigger question mark. Run it by your pharmacist or doctor first, especially if you notice any unusual bleeding.
