Aspirin, Carisoprodol, Codeine Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group N,n-dmpea interacts with.

In vitro research shows that N,N-DMPEA strongly inhibits cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6). Theoretically, concomitant use with drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 might increase the risk for adverse effects from these drugs.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 include amitriptyline (Elavil), clozapine (Clozaril), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), donepezil (Aricept), fentanyl (Duragesic), flecainide (Tambocor), fluoxetine (Prozac), meperidine (Demerol), methadone (Dolophine), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), olanzapine (Zyprexa), ondansetron (Zofran), tramadol (Ultram), trazodone (Desyrel), and others.

Here's the wrinkle with this combo product: the codeine part is actually a prodrug. Your body needs the liver enzyme CYP2D6 to turn codeine into morphine, which is what actually relieves pain. N,N-DMPEA appears to block that same enzyme (so far this is only lab-dish research, not human studies). If it blocks CYP2D6, less codeine gets converted, so you may get weaker pain relief rather than more side effects.

The aspirin and carisoprodol pieces aren't really affected this way. Since DMPEA itself is a poorly studied stimulant, and this interaction is theoretical, I'd just run it past your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them. Please don't stop or change your medicine on your own.
