Budesonide, Formoterol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group N,n-dmpea interacts with.

In vitro research shows that N,N-DMPEA strongly inhibits cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6). Theoretically, concomitant use with drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 might increase the risk for adverse effects from these drugs.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 include amitriptyline (Elavil), clozapine (Clozaril), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), donepezil (Aricept), fentanyl (Duragesic), flecainide (Tambocor), fluoxetine (Prozac), meperidine (Demerol), methadone (Dolophine), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), olanzapine (Zyprexa), ondansetron (Zofran), tramadol (Ultram), trazodone (Desyrel), and others.

Here's the honest picture with Symbicort (budesonide and formoterol). The concern on file is that N,N-DMPEA may block a liver enzyme called CYP2D6, which could let drugs that depend on that enzyme build up. In real life, this is a weak match for Symbicort. Budesonide is mostly cleared by a different enzyme (CYP3A4), and formoterol is handled largely by other pathways, so CYP2D6 plays only a minor role here.

On top of that, this whole interaction comes from test-tube research, not from studies in people, and N,N-DMPEA itself is barely studied. If anything did shift, you might notice more stimulant-type effects like a faster heartbeat, jitteriness, or tremor, since both formoterol and this supplement can stir things up. I'd skip combining them and run it past your pharmacist or doctor first.
