Relugolix falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Sulforaphane interacts with.

Theoretically, sulforaphane might increase the levels and effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
Animal and in vitro research shows that sulforaphane inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme activity and downregulates its expression. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Relugolix (Orgovyx). Your body partly clears this drug using an enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab dishes and animal studies, sulforaphane (the compound concentrated from broccoli) appears to slow that same enzyme down. If that held true in people, Relugolix could clear a bit slower and build up, which might mean more of its usual effects, things like hot flashes, fatigue, or joint aches.

The important part: this has never been confirmed in humans, so it's theoretical right now. Eating broccoli at meals is very unlikely to matter. A concentrated sulforaphane supplement is the real question mark. Since Relugolix is a serious prostate cancer treatment, please run any supplement past your oncology team or pharmacist before adding it.
