Nitroprusside falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Tree Turmeric interacts with.

Theoretically, taking tree turmeric along with antihypertensive drugs might have additive effects and increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research suggests that berberine, a constituent of tree turmeric, can have hypotensive effects. Also, a meta-analysis of clinical research suggests that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine (Norvasc) can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with taking amlodipine alone.

Here's the thing to know: tree turmeric (and its main ingredient, berberine) may gently lower blood pressure on its own. Nitroprusside is already a very powerful blood pressure medicine, given by IV drip in a hospital to drop pressure quickly. So in theory, combining them could push your blood pressure down too far, leading to dizziness, lightheadedness, a fast heartbeat, or feeling faint.

That said, this concern comes mostly from animal and lab research, so it's more of a 'good to keep in mind' than a proven problem. In practice, nitroprusside is used in a closely monitored hospital setting where your blood pressure is watched minute by minute, so the staff would catch any drop. Still, always tell your care team about any supplements you take.
