Here's the gist with Zeposia (ozanimod) and turmeric. This isn't about turmeric changing how your body breaks down the drug. Instead, the worry is that both can be tough on the liver. Ozanimod can raise liver enzymes on its own, which is why your doctor usually checks bloodwork before and during treatment. There have also been some reports of concentrated, high-dose turmeric or curcumin products straining the liver. Stack the two and you could, in theory, add to that load.

To be fair, this is based mostly on scattered anecdotal reports, not strong studies, and the spice amounts you cook with are very unlikely to matter. It's the concentrated, high-absorption supplements that raise the concern. Before adding a turmeric supplement, run it by your pharmacist or neurologist first.

Zeposia (ozanimod) is approved for adults with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) — including clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting MS, and active secondary progressive MS.
