- DIRECTIONS: As part of the 60-Day DIET STACK protocol: Take 1 capsule with
8 oz. of water, once daily 30-60 minutes before your first meal of the day
(e.g. breakfast).
To take EPIQ(TM) RIPPED on its own, start by assessing your tolerance, and
follow the chart below. Once your tolerance has been assessed, take 1 capsule
with 8 oz. of water, 2 times daily 30-60 minutes before your two largest meals
of the day (e.g. breakfast and lunch). Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24-hour
