- SAMe may be taken with Item #52580 Homocysteine Plus and/or Item #53230 TMG (Trimethylglycine).
- Suggested Use As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 tablets one to three times daily between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
