Here's the thing to keep in mind: this combo product contains pseudoephedrine, a decongestant that is itself a mild stimulant. Adrafinil turns into modafinil in your body, which also has wakefulness-promoting, stimulant-like effects. So when you stack the two together, the worry is simply that those stimulant effects can pile on top of each other.

In real life, that might mean a faster or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or feeling wired and anxious. The brompheniramine part can pull the other way and make you drowsy, but it won't cancel out the heart and blood pressure effects. This is a theoretical concern based on how the drugs work, not strong study data, but I'd still run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you have any heart or blood pressure issues.
