Adrafinil in Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
When used orally. Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been associated with reports of intrauterine growth restriction and spontaneous abortion. Also, animal studies show that developmental toxicity occurs with use of modafinil during pregnancy. Although modafinil, and possibly adrafinil, might have addictive potential, the potential for abuse is low. However, there have been anecdotal reports of withdrawal symptoms following use of adrafinil, alone or in combination with other products. Avoid using.

At least one FDA label for a product containing Hydroxychloroquine says to take it with food. If you take Adrafinil on an empty stomach out of habit, keep them separate — and take Hydroxychloroquine with a meal where the label says to.
This may not be true of your version. Food instructions belong to the product, not the ingredient: two Hydroxychloroquine products can carry different directions, and extended-release forms often differ from immediate-release ones. Adrafinil: dosing
There is no officially established or standardized supplement dose for adrafinil, and it is not approved as a dietary supplement by health authorities. Doses used historically as a prescription medicine were determined by doctors and are not the same as casual self-dosing.If a product is used, follow the directions on the label and do not exceed them. Because of the liver risk, it is generally not recommended for daily or long-term use, and periodic liver function testing may be wise.

What Is Hydroxychloroquine Used For?
Brand name: Plaquenil
Hydroxychloroquine tablets are used to treat uncomplicated malaria and to help prevent malaria in areas where the parasite has not developed resistance to it — in both adults and children. It is also used in adults to treat rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and chronic discoid lupus erythematosus.
There are important limits: it is not recommended for complicated or drug-resistant malaria, malaria acquired in regions where resistance is known, or to prevent malaria relapses caused by P. vivax or P. ovale. Its use for the autoimmune conditions (rheumatoid arthritis and lupus) is approved for adults only.
