Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Adrafinil interacts with.

Theoretically, adrafanil might reduce levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to weakly induce CYP3A4 activity.

Here's the gist with this combo cough and cold product (the chlorpheniramine plus dextromethorphan in Coricidin and similar). When the liver turns adrafinil into modafinil, that modafinil can gently nudge a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to work a little faster. Dextromethorphan is partly handled by that enzyme, so in theory your body might clear it slightly quicker, which could make the cough-suppressing effect a touch weaker.

Honestly, this is a theory-level concern, not something proven in real people. The effect is described as weak, so most folks likely won't notice a difference. Still, since adrafinil is unregulated and tough on the liver, please run this past your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them. Don't change anything on your own.
