Soma Compound combines aspirin with the muscle relaxant carisoprodol. The piece that matters here is the aspirin, which already thins your blood a bit by making platelets less sticky. Lab and animal studies hint that andrographis may do something similar on its own. Stacking the two could, in theory, nudge up your bleeding risk a little more than aspirin alone.

What that might look like in real life: easier bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums that take longer to stop. I want to be honest though, this concern comes only from test tube and animal research, not from people, so it's far from proven. Still, if you take Soma Compound regularly, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding andrographis.
