Here's the honest picture: the interaction in our database is really about drugs that calm down the immune system. Andrographis seems to do the opposite in lab studies, giving the immune system a little nudge, so it could theoretically work against medicines meant to suppress immune activity. That's where the caution comes from.

For Flupenthixol (Fluanxol), though, this matters very little. Flupenthixol is an antipsychotic used for things like schizophrenia and depression, not an immunosuppressant, so it isn't really the kind of drug this warning was written for. On top of that, the concern is theoretical and based only on test-tube and animal work. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since you're on an antipsychotic, it's always smart to run any new supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.
