Here's the idea behind this one. Rituximab-Pvvr (Ruxience) is given to quiet down or knock out certain immune cells, whether you're using it for rheumatoid arthritis, lymphoma, or another condition. Andrographis seems to do the opposite in lab dishes and animals, meaning it may rev the immune system up a bit. So the worry is that the herb could work against what your rituximab is trying to accomplish, possibly making it less effective at controlling your disease.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. It's theoretical and based only on laboratory and animal research, not on people taking these two together. That said, since rituximab is a serious medication, I'd play it safe. Please check with your oncologist, rheumatologist, or pharmacist before adding andrographis.
