First things first: Angel's Trumpet isn't really a supplement at all. It's a toxic plant loaded with scopolamine and atropine, and there's no safe dose to take. So my honest advice is to steer clear of it entirely, especially while you're on perphenazine (Trilafon).

Here's the overlap I worry about. Perphenazine already has its own anticholinergic activity, meaning it can dry your mouth, blur your vision, cause constipation, make it hard to urinate, and bring on confusion. Angel's Trumpet does the very same things, only more aggressively. Stacking the two could add those effects together and push you toward serious problems like a racing heart, urinary retention, severe confusion, or hallucinations. This is based on how both act in the body rather than firm studies, but the risk is real enough that I'd say don't combine them. Please run any questions by your pharmacist or doctor.

Perphenazine tablets are approved to treat schizophrenia in adults. They are also used to control severe nausea and vomiting in adults when other measures are not enough.

Perphenazine has not been shown effective for managing behavioral problems in patients with intellectual disabilities, and it is not approved for dementia-related psychosis in elderly patients.
