Triclabendazole falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Ashwagandha interacts with.

Theoretically, ashwagandha might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.

Here's the short version: lab studies hint that ashwagandha may slightly speed up an enzyme called CYP1A2, which is one of the pathways your body uses to break down triclabendazole. If that happened, you could clear the medicine a bit faster, which in theory might make it work less well against the liver flukes you're treating.

The good news is that this is only a theoretical concern based on test-tube research, not real-world cases. On top of that, triclabendazole is usually given as a very short course (often just a day or two), so the chance of a meaningful problem is low. Still, since you want this treatment to fully work, it's worth running it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
