Aspirin, Oxycodone falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Atractylodes interacts with.

Theoretically, atractylodes might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
Laboratory research suggests that atractylenolides II and III, constituents of atractylodes, reduce platelet activation. So far, this has not been shown in humans.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with Percodan (which combines aspirin with oxycodone): the aspirin part already thins your blood a little by making platelets less sticky. Atractylodes may do something similar. In lab and animal studies, two of its compounds (atractylenolides II and III) seemed to calm platelets down too. Stack that on top of aspirin, and in theory you could bruise more easily or have a harder time stopping bleeding from cuts, your gums, or your stomach.

I want to be honest, though: this has only been seen in test tubes and animals, not in people, so the real-world risk is uncertain and likely small. Still, before adding this supplement, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor, and watch for any unusual bleeding or bruising.
