Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Magnesium Hydroxide falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Breadfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs might increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro research shows that certain flavonoid constituents from breadfruit root extract can inhibit thromboxane formation and reduce platelet aggregation.
Some of these drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

The piece of this combo product I want to focus on is the aspirin, which is a blood thinner that works by keeping your platelets from clumping together. Lab studies (not human studies) suggest that certain flavonoids in breadfruit may also nudge platelets in that same direction by lowering thromboxane. So in theory, pairing concentrated breadfruit leaf products with aspirin could add up and make bleeding or bruising a bit more likely, think nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop.

Keep in mind this is theoretical and based only on test-tube work, so eating breadfruit as a food is very unlikely to be a problem. The concern is really with concentrated leaf teas or extracts. If you want to use those regularly, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
