Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine, Chlorpheniramine falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorophyllin interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyllin with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyllin is a semi-synthetic derivative of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. Orally, chlorophyll has also been associated with the development of pseudoporphyria in multiple case reports.

Here's the thing to know about combining chlorophyllin with Zutripro (the hydrocodone, pseudoephedrine, and chlorpheniramine combo). This isn't about how your body breaks the medicine down. It's about your skin and the sun. Chlorophyllin can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, and some medicines in this combo can do the same thing. Put them together and the effect may stack up, meaning you could sunburn faster or develop a rash with less sun exposure than usual.

Honestly, this concern is mostly theoretical and based on case reports, so don't panic. If you take both, just be smart about sun: wear sunscreen, cover up, and limit long stretches outdoors. As always, check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting chlorophyllin, and never change your medication on your own.
