Here's the gist for Seglentis, which pairs celecoxib (an NSAID) with tramadol (a pain reliever). The celecoxib half is the part that matters here. NSAIDs can nudge your body to absorb and hold onto a little more chromium. So in theory, taking chromium alongside this medicine might leave you with slightly higher chromium levels than usual.

I'll be honest with you, this one is graded as minor and is purely theoretical, based on how these drugs behave rather than real cases of people running into trouble. The chromium in a normal diet or a standard supplement is very unlikely to cause a problem. There's no good evidence it changes how well your pain medicine works. If you take chromium regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist so they can keep an eye on things.
