Amphetamine Sulfate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Corydalis Yanhusuo interacts with.

Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might increase serum levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6.
Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine. In vitro research and preliminary clinical evidence show that berberine can inhibit CYP2D6. Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might also inhibit CYP2D6.

Here's the gist for amphetamine. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to help clear amphetamine out of your system. Corydalis (through a compound called berberine) may slow that enzyme down a bit. If clearance slows, more amphetamine can linger in your blood, which could nudge up its effects and side effects, things like a faster or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, reduced appetite, and feeling wired or anxious.

I'll be honest, this one is theoretical, based mostly on lab work and pharmacology rather than solid human studies, so it may never cause a real problem. Still, since amphetamine already revs up the body, it's worth running this combo past your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.
