Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine. In vitro and in vivo research suggest that berberine can inhibit platelet aggregation. Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might also inhibit platelet aggregation.

Here's the thing about Aggrenox: it already keeps your blood from clotting too easily, since it combines aspirin with dipyridamole, two medicines that work to stop platelets from sticking together. Corydalis yanhusuo contains a compound called berberine, and lab and animal studies hint that it may also make platelets less likely to clump. So in theory, stacking the two could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

I want to be honest with you though: this concern comes only from test-tube and animal research, not from real human studies, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, watch for things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or dark stools. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding this herb, rather than changing anything on your own.
