Chlorthalidone, Clonidine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Corydalis Yanhusuo interacts with.

Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs.
Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine. Animal research suggests that berberine can have hypotensive effects. Also, a clinical study suggests that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with amlodipine alone. Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might also reduce blood pressure.

Your combo pill pairs clonidine (which calms the nervous system signals that raise blood pressure) with chlorthalidone (a water pill that helps your body shed extra salt and fluid). Both lower blood pressure. Corydalis yanhusuo may have a mild blood-pressure-lowering effect of its own, so stacking it on top could push your numbers down a little too far.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or faint, especially when standing up quickly. Keep in mind this is a theoretical concern based mostly on lab and animal work plus a small study of berberine, not on this exact herb-and-drug pairing, so the real-world risk may be small. Still, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it, and don't change your medicine on your own.
