Hydrochlorothiazide, Labetalol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Corydalis Yanhusuo interacts with.

Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs.
Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine. Animal research suggests that berberine can have hypotensive effects. Also, a clinical study suggests that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with amlodipine alone. Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might also reduce blood pressure.

Your combination pill pairs hydrochlorothiazide, a water pill, with labetalol, a beta blocker. Both work to bring your blood pressure down. The concern here is simple addition: some compounds in Corydalis yanhusuo (including berberine) may also nudge blood pressure lower, so stacking it on top of your medicine could push things down further than intended.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy or lightheaded, tired, or notice your heart pounding, especially when you stand up quickly. Keep in mind this is a theoretical interaction based mostly on lab and animal data, not strong human studies, so it may not be a big deal for you. Still, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding this herb, and don't change your medication on your own.
