Polythiazide, Prazosin falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Corydalis Yanhusuo interacts with.

Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs.
Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine. Animal research suggests that berberine can have hypotensive effects. Also, a clinical study suggests that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with amlodipine alone. Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might also reduce blood pressure.

Minizide is a combo pill: prazosin relaxes blood vessels and polythiazide is a water pill, and together they bring your blood pressure down. The thinking here is pretty simple. Corydalis yanhusuo may have its own mild blood-pressure-lowering effect, so stacking it on top of your medicine could push your pressure a little lower than expected. That's an additive effect, not a change in how the drug is broken down.

If your pressure drops too far, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or faint, especially when you stand up quickly (prazosin is already known for that 'first-dose' drop). Keep in mind this is theoretical, based mostly on lab and animal data, so it isn't a sure thing. Still, check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
