Belladonna, Ergotamine Tartrate, Phenobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that devil's claw might inhibit CYP3A4, although this has not been reported in humans.

Bellergal-S is a combination product, and the part that matters most here is ergotamine, which your liver clears using an enzyme called CYP3A4. In test-tube studies, devil's claw seems to slow that same enzyme down a bit. If that happens in real life, ergotamine could build up and hit harder than expected. With ergotamine, that can mean nausea, tingling or coldness in the fingers and toes, leg cramps, or in rare cases dangerously narrowed blood vessels.

Now the reassuring part: this is only theoretical, based on lab research, and it has never actually been shown in people. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since ergotamine has a narrow safety margin, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
