Belumosudil Mesylate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that devil's claw might inhibit CYP3A4, although this has not been reported in humans.

Here's the short version: your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to break down belumosudil (Rezurock). In lab studies, devil's claw appears to slow that same enzyme down a bit. If that effect carried over into people, it could let belumosudil build up higher than expected, which might mean more of its usual side effects, things like nausea, tiredness, swelling, headache, or changes in your liver and blood tests.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. This concern comes only from test-tube research and has never actually been seen in humans, so it's theoretical. Still, since belumosudil is a serious medication for graft versus host disease, I'd check with your transplant team or pharmacist before adding devil's claw rather than guessing.
