Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, Pyrilamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that devil's claw might inhibit CYP3A4, although this has not been reported in humans.

Here's the basic idea with this combo product (the antihistamines chlorpheniramine and pyrilamine plus the decongestant phenylephrine). In lab dishes, devil's claw appears to slow down an enzyme called CYP3A4, which your body uses to help clear medicines like these. If that enzyme runs slower, more of the drug could linger, which in theory might bump up the usual effects: extra drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, or feeling jittery and a faster heartbeat from the phenylephrine side.

I want to be honest, though. This has only been seen in test-tube research, never confirmed in actual people, so the real-world risk looks low. Still, if you take both, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor first.
