Here's the honest picture with Bevespi Aerosphere (formoterol and glycopyrrolate) and devil's claw. The concern on file is that devil's claw might slow down a liver enzyme called CYP2C19, which could let drugs cleared by that enzyme build up a bit. But this comes only from lab (test tube) research, and it has never actually been seen in people. So I'd file it under theoretical, not something I lose sleep over.

On top of that, neither formoterol nor glycopyrrolate leans heavily on CYP2C19, so even if devil's claw nudged that enzyme, I wouldn't expect a meaningful change in your inhaler. If anything bothered you, watch for things like a faster heartbeat, jitteriness, tremor, or dry mouth, and check in with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Here's the gist for your Bevespi Aerosphere inhaler (formoterol plus glycopyrrolate). The concern on file is that devil's claw might block a liver enzyme called CYP2C9, which could let certain drugs build up. The honest truth is that this is a very weak, theoretical worry. It only showed up in lab dish testing, never in actual people, and your inhaler isn't mainly cleared by CYP2C9 anyway.

So in practice, I wouldn't expect devil's claw to noticeably change how your inhaler works. If levels did creep up, you might notice more of formoterol's usual effects like a faster heartbeat, jitteriness, or tremor, or more dry mouth from the glycopyrrolate. Still, it's always smart to run any new supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.
