Miconazole, Zinc Oxide, Petrolatum falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.

Here's some good news for you. The product you're asking about (Vusion) is a topical cream that combines miconazole, zinc oxide, and petrolatum. It's smoothed onto the skin to treat diaper rash with a yeast (Candida) component. Because it works right where you apply it and very little gets into your bloodstream, the concern about devil's claw possibly slowing the CYP3A4 enzyme isn't really relevant here.

That whole interaction is based only on lab dish research, not real people, and it applies to medicines your liver has to process. A cream like this mostly stays on the skin. The most you'd typically notice from Vusion itself is some local redness or mild irritation. Still, if you have questions about either product, your pharmacist is happy to help.
