Naproxen, Pseudoephedrine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9.
In vitro research shows that devil's claw might inhibit CYP2C9, although this has not been reported in humans.

Aleve Cold and Sinus combines naproxen (an anti-inflammatory pain reliever) with pseudoephedrine (a decongestant). The naproxen part is partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In test-tube studies, devil's claw appears to slow that enzyme down, which in theory could let naproxen build up a bit and lead to stronger effects like stomach upset, heartburn, or in some cases stomach irritation or bleeding.

Here's the honest part: this is only seen in lab research, not in real people, so the real-world risk looks low. Still, since both naproxen and devil's claw are aimed at pain and swelling, doubling up doesn't add much benefit. I'd just run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
