Here's the practical concern with this combo. Your medication is a water pill that already nudges your body to flush out some sodium. In a couple of research cases, high-dose DIM (around 600 mg a day) was linked to low blood sodium, called hyponatremia, even though those people didn't feel symptoms. Stacking DIM on top of a diuretic could, in theory, push your sodium a little lower.

If sodium drops enough, you might notice headache, nausea, tiredness, muscle cramps, dizziness, or feeling foggy. This is a theoretical, low-level worry, not something most people will ever run into, especially at modest doses. Still, check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding DIM, and don't change your blood pressure pill on your own.
