Here's the gist for ammonium chloride. This drug is sometimes used as a diuretic and to make the urine more acidic, and like other water pills it can nudge your sodium levels down. Diindolylmethane (DIM) has, in a couple of research cases at high doses (around 600 mg daily), been linked to low sodium in the blood, a condition called hyponatremia. So the worry is that pairing the two could add up and lower your sodium a little more.

I want to keep this honest: this is mostly theoretical, and the DIM cases were mild and caused no symptoms. Still, if your sodium dropped, you might feel tired, headachy, nauseated, or foggy. Don't change anything on your own. Just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up, and they can check a simple blood test if needed.
