Here's the situation with these two together. Quinethazone is a thiazide-type water pill that lowers your blood pressure partly by helping your kidneys flush out sodium. One of its known side effects is pushing sodium levels too low, a condition called hyponatremia. DIM, in higher supplement doses (around 600 mg a day), has been linked in a couple of research cases to low sodium too, though those people had no symptoms.

So the worry is simple addition: two things that can each nudge sodium down might add up. Watch for things like headache, nausea, muscle cramps, confusion, or feeling unusually tired or weak. This is mostly theoretical and tied to large DIM doses, so don't panic, but do mention any DIM use to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your sodium.
