Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir
Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Diindolylmethane interacts with.
In vitro evidence suggests that diindolylmethane can induce CYP1A2. Theoretically, it might increase metabolism of CYP1A2 substrates and lower serum concentrations. This interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Here is the honest picture with DIM and Vosevi (sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, and voxilaprevir). On paper, DIM might speed up an enzyme called CYP1A2, which in theory could clear these hepatitis C drugs a little faster and lower their levels in your blood. If that happened, the worry would be slightly weaker treatment, and with hepatitis C the whole point is to fully knock out the virus.
That said, this is a very weak, theoretical concern. It comes only from lab dish studies, not real people, and it is rated minor and unlikely. Still, because a full cure matters here, I would not add DIM during your Vosevi course without first checking with your pharmacist or doctor.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir page
“Vosevi (sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, and voxilaprevir) cures hepatitis C over a single short course, and that is exactly why I would be genuinely careful with supplements while taking it. Anything that drags its blood levels down can cost you the cure itself.”

- Estrogen/hormone balance
- Acne and hormonal skin issues
- Prostate health support
- Cancer-risk reduction (unproven)
- PMS and menopause symptoms
- General 'detox' support
Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a compound made when your body digests cruciferous vegetables, and it is sold as a supplement mainly for hormone balance and cancer prevention. Although early lab studies look interesting, strong human evidence is lacking for most of these uses. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor before taking DIM, especially if you have a hormone-sensitive condition.
