Azstarys (serdexmethylphenidate plus dexmethylphenidate) is a stimulant that nudges up brain chemicals like dopamine and norepinephrine, and it can also affect serotonin a bit. The concern here is that fermented wheat germ extract might raise serotonin levels too, based only on animal studies. In theory, stacking the two could add to serotonin and slightly raise the chance of side effects like jitteriness, a faster heartbeat, sweating, restlessness, or feeling overheated.
