Here's the simple version: both of these things slow down your brain and body. Flibanserin (Addyi) already comes with warnings about drowsiness, dizziness, sleepiness, and fainting, especially if your blood pressure drops. GHB is an even stronger nervous system depressant. Stacking the two together can deepen that sedation in a way that gets dangerous, raising the risk of very low blood pressure, passing out, slowed or stopped breathing, and in worst cases coma.

I'll be honest with you: this isn't fine-print, theoretical stuff. GHB outside of strict medical supervision isn't a safe supplement at all, and combining it with Flibanserin is a combination I'd strongly steer you away from. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything like this.

GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate) is a powerful central nervous system depressant that is NOT a safe dietary supplement. In the U.S. it is a controlled substance, and only a tightly regulated prescription form (sodium oxybate) is legal for narcolepsy. Non-prescription GHB can cause coma, breathing failure, and death, and it is also a known 'date-rape' drug — it should not be taken outside of medical supervision.

What Is Flibanserin Used For?

Brand name: Addyi

Addyi is approved to treat acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) — a condition where low sexual desire causes significant distress or relationship difficulty — in women under 65. "Acquired" means the low desire developed after a period of normal desire; "generalized" means it happens regardless of the situation or partner.

Addyi is not intended for use in men, and it is not a sexual performance enhancer. It is also not meant for HSDD that is caused by a medical condition, a psychiatric condition, relationship problems, or another medication.
