Here's the simple version: both of these things slow down your brain. Lemborexant (Dayvigo) is a sleep medicine that quiets brain activity so you can fall asleep, and GHB is a powerful sedative that does much the same thing. Stack them together and those calming effects don't just add up, they can pile on top of each other.

That means more than just feeling extra groggy. You could get dangerously deep sedation, slowed or stopped breathing, and trouble waking up, which can turn into a true emergency. GHB sold outside of a pharmacy is unpredictable and unsafe on its own, and mixing it with Lemborexant makes that worse. Please don't combine them, and talk with your doctor or pharmacist about safe ways to sleep.

GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate) is a powerful central nervous system depressant that is NOT a safe dietary supplement. In the U.S. it is a controlled substance, and only a tightly regulated prescription form (sodium oxybate) is legal for narcolepsy. Non-prescription GHB can cause coma, breathing failure, and death, and it is also a known 'date-rape' drug — it should not be taken outside of medical supervision.
