Chlorpheniramine Tannate, Phenylephrine Tannate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Goji interacts with.

Theoretically, goji berry might inhibit CYP3A4 and reduce metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that goji berry juice inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. Concomitant use with goji may decrease metabolism and increase levels of CYP3A4 substrates. However, this has not been reported in humans.

Here's the short version on combining goji with your Ricobid (chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine). Lab tests suggest goji berry juice may slow down an enzyme called CYP3A4, which helps clear these medications from your body. If that enzyme works more slowly, levels of the drug could theoretically creep up a bit. With the chlorpheniramine (an antihistamine), that might mean extra drowsiness, dry mouth, or dizziness. With phenylephrine (a decongestant), it could lean toward a faster heartbeat or a higher blood pressure.

That said, this has only been seen in a test tube, not in real people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over a handful of goji berries. If you regularly use concentrated goji supplements, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.
