Vicoprofen is a combo of hydrocodone (an opioid pain reliever) and ibuprofen (an NSAID). The piece that matters here is the ibuprofen. Like other NSAIDs, ibuprofen already makes platelets a little less sticky and can irritate the stomach lining, so it carries some bleeding risk on its own.

The concern with indole-3-carbinol is that lab (test-tube) research suggests it may also slow platelets from clumping together. Stacked on top of ibuprofen, the theory is you could bruise or bleed a bit more easily, or have a higher chance of stomach upset or a GI bleed. To be clear, this is theoretical and based only on lab data, not real patients, and the broccoli-sized amounts you get from food are very unlikely to matter. Concentrated supplement doses are the question mark. If you take both, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor and watch for unusual bruising, dark stools, or stomach pain.
