Aspirin, Butalbital, Caffeine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Jackfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, jackfruit latex might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Jackfruit latex, which is the sap from jackfruit bark, contains chemicals that might increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro research shows that jackfruit latex contains a glycoprotein constituent that prolongs the activated partial thrombin time (aPTT) and reduces the activity of blood coagulation factors XIa and alpha-XIIa. Jackfruit latex also contains a protease constituent that has been shown to have fibrinolytic activity in vitro. Other parts of jackfruit, including the fruit and leaves, have not been shown to contain chemicals with fibrinolytic and anticoagulant activity.

Here's the practical picture: your Fiorinal contains aspirin, which already thins the blood a little by keeping platelets from clumping. The concern on file is that jackfruit latex, the sticky sap from the bark, has shown in lab studies that it can slow clotting and even help break down clots. Stack that on top of aspirin and, in theory, you could bruise more easily or bleed a bit longer from small cuts.

Now the reassuring part: this is only test-tube research, not something proven in people, and the everyday fruit, seeds, and leaves don't show this effect. So enjoying jackfruit as food is very unlikely to matter. If you're thinking about a concentrated jackfruit supplement, run it past your pharmacist or doctor first.

Butalbital, aspirin, and caffeine capsules are used to relieve the symptom complex of tension headache — also called muscle contraction headache. This includes headache pain, psychic tension, and muscle tightness in the head, neck, and shoulders.

This medicine is intended for short-term use. Evidence supporting its safety and effectiveness for repeated or long-term use in recurrent headaches is not available, and extended use is not recommended because butalbital can be habit-forming.
