Aspirin, Dipyridamole falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Jackfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, jackfruit latex might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Jackfruit latex, which is the sap from jackfruit bark, contains chemicals that might increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro research shows that jackfruit latex contains a glycoprotein constituent that prolongs the activated partial thrombin time (aPTT) and reduces the activity of blood coagulation factors XIa and alpha-XIIa. Jackfruit latex also contains a protease constituent that has been shown to have fibrinolytic activity in vitro. Other parts of jackfruit, including the fruit and leaves, have not been shown to contain chemicals with fibrinolytic and anticoagulant activity.

Aggrenox combines two blood thinners, aspirin and dipyridamole, that already work to keep platelets from clumping and lower your clotting tendency. The concern here is about jackfruit latex, which is the sticky sap from the tree's bark, not the sweet fruit you eat. In a test tube, that sap showed effects that slow clotting and break down clots, so stacking it on top of a medicine like Aggrenox could, in theory, add to your bleeding risk.

Honestly, this is a weak, theoretical worry based only on lab work, and eating jackfruit as food has not shown this effect. Still, if you notice easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding that won't stop, mention it. Before using any concentrated jackfruit supplement, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
